Digital & Tech · Sell-side process

One buyer is enough.
Finding them is the work.

A completed sell-side process in the Digital & Tech segment: more than 300 companies approached, one buyer signed and closed. What decides the outcome is reach, direction and persistence.

Every group responded. The strength of the response told us where to concentrate the second wave.

What decides the outcome04 / 04

Reach

Seven buyer groups, 30 countries, five continents and named decision makers.

Direction

Two waves, the first showed where the feedback was strongest, the second pushed deliberately further into exactly those groups.

Persistence

Five to six follow-ups across email, phone and LinkedIn. A meaningful share of the feedback arrived only after them.

Nevon note

A narrow funnel says nothing about the strength of a process. What counts is the quality of the parties inside it, and how consistently the process is run from the first approach through to signing and closing.

How Nevon works

We map the buyer universe and work it through a network built over years, on our own processes and systems. Equity story, marketing materials, buyer communication, indicative offers, due diligence organisation, negotiation: we run every stage on a senior level, through to signing and closing.
